At macProVideo.com, customer service and support is a primary focus! We respond to ALL support requests within 24 hours during our regular business hours. These are: 9am - 5pm PST, Monday to Friday.
Check out our N.E.D. support forums: N.E.D Mac Forum or N.E.D Windows Forum.
Please Note: If you have not received a response from us within 24 hours, please kindly check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder. Our response may have ended up there.
Download Now: Select this delivery method if you have a broadband internet connection and want to download the program now. Our servers are fast! We push files as fast as your ISP will let you download them (actually download speed may vary depending upon the quality of service provided by your ISP). With a broadband connection, you can download a full program in 10 to 30 minutes.
Note: If you experience a slow download, it is NOT as a result of our servers. Slow connections are either an issue with your individual ISP, or with the switches and network in between you and us. To see where the slowdown is occurring, do a "trace route."All files are served as .prgm (tutorial program) files that you can burn to DVD once downloaded. We do not provide a hard copy of downloaded programs ... but you can (and should!) burn them to disc yourself. The Program files you get in the download are exactly the same as the program files that come on the hardcopy DVD discs.
Order DVD: If you want a hard copy of the program sent to you in an amary case with cover art, or if you do not have access to a broadband connection, choose this option. All orders are shipped from our office in Vancouver, Canada. There are several different postal options to choose, from standard airmail, to expedited delivery.
Note: Our DVDs contain the exact same training program as the Direct Download method. These tutorials are playable on your Macintosh or PC computer.
Please Note: We are proud to offer all of our content in high definition (HD) video! As such, all of our DVDs can be played on almost any computer DVD-ROM drive.
DVD-Video uses Standard Definition (SD) video that does not correctly display our crisp, clear High Definition content. Until High Definition (HD) DVD-Video becomes commonplace, our HD videos may only be displayed on a computer.
