DJ Kiva shows how to get your MIDI Controller to communicate properly with Ableton Live so you can get hands-on in the studio or when performing live.

Using the Akai Pro APC40 MKII (though you can use one of many different controllers) DJ Kiva takes us through the process of connecting the controller to your computer. Then in Ableton Live he takes you through the process of setting up Ableton Live’s preferences so both the control surface and Ableton can talk to each other so the relationship between the faders in both are connected.
