Is Korg's Volca Modular The Best Volca Ever Made?
Hollin Jones on Tue, January 29th 0 comments
The latest addition to Korg's Volca family is a miniature marvel, packing a patchable modular interface into a tiny unit. Here's a look at what it's capable of.

A semi-modular analog synthesizer that makes modular synthesis more accessible and understandable than ever before.

The compact body of this volca synth features eight modules and 50 patch points. While learning the basics of a modular synth, you can use popular features of the volca synthesizer line to control a unique and different flavor of analog sounds. We caught up with Korg at NAMM 2019 for a live, hands-on demo of just what this little box of tricks is capable of.

As you can see and hear from the video, it's the perfect way to get into the modular world without having to invest in costly or heavyweight gear. It's also built to last, with a battle-tested design so you can take it with you wherever you go, as well as installing it in your studio of course.

But wait... we've already reviewed the KORG VOLCA MODULAR! Watch our full review here:
