Nick Dwyer, aka Flintpope, is back with another high-quality offering for Native Instruments Reaktor 6 users. And we have to say Soundscaper looks and sounds great in equal measure. Plus it can give you over 16,000 combinations of sounds across its two layers.
Here's more info direct from Flintpope about Soundscaper and sound demos and a video to check out.
Soundscaper is a sample player featuring two banks preloaded with127 samples each. By layering these together in pairs you can create over 16000 combinations. All sounds are made by Flintpope and feature original synthesis; no instruments were recorded at all in the process.
There are 96 PRESETS in 3 banks named “Synthwaves”, “Soundscapes” and “Percussives” to give you a flavour of what is capable with this instrument. Use the drop down menu to access them or double click “Embedded” in the presets side-pane.
Or jump in and layer different pairs of sounds and tweak the various CONTROLS and FX to create new samples for yourself.
Switch between A and B views for total parameter control or streamlined sample choice and playback. Record sessions with Reaktor’s onboard recorder or play live as part of your stage set-up.
Startpoint, Solo, Stereo Position, Random Playback, Sample Choice, Gain, Pitch, Mid, Bass, LFO on/off, LFO Rate, LFO Morph, ADSR, Velocity Sensitivity, Echo, 8 Pole Filter, Reverb and Master.
Taking it further…
When you get bored with the onboard samples replace them with your own. Need advice? Go to the Reaktor 6 Diving Deeper manual and open Chapter 8, page 69 (The Sample Map Editor) for a detailed guide.
SOUNDSCAPER is monophonic and requires the full version of Native Instruments Reaktor 6.
