NI’s Maschine is one of the best instruments out there for music makers, producers and performers. And with the latest generation hardware, it’s now better than ever! In this course, NI expert Matt Cellitti explores every aspect of this integrated hardware and software combo.
First, you get a brief history of Maschine, where you learn how the MK3 hardware improves over the previous models. Matt tells you all about the new features: the gorgeous high-res color displays, the bigger pads, the touch strip, and the audio/MIDI interface. Matt also gives you a tour of the interface, explains how to set up the preferences and how to quickly find the sound you’re looking for using the browser.
Next, Matt dives into all the fun stuff. He shows you how easy it is to record a beat, add chords, a bass line, and an arp pattern. In a matter of minutes, you can literally create a full-blown arrangement all from the Maschine controller, without every touching the mouse! You also discover all about recording audio, timestretching, slicing samples, using macros, exporting audio, and more…
So dive into this 21-tutorial course, and see how NI Maschine MK3 can forever change the way you produce music.

I don't like this course. This course is not for absolute beginner. He ought to make another course for absolute beginner.

After taking a few courses here, I have found some instructions very complicated. The instructor goes quickly through key sequences with explaining what is being pushed. As a beginner, I need to also be told what is being pushed so that I can follow the instructions. Also, there are places where the monitor software is being used, but not shown. As in the Modulation Envelope tab. The video does not show what is being done and it took be 1/2 to an hour to read NI Documentation to find out what was being done on Video that took 10 Seconds. Please explain more what is being pushed or touched as it is being done. Thanks.

A very good course,
i do not feel so blown away anymore.
And getting more confident navigating throughout the machine hardware and software.
Sometimes a litlle quick on the buttons, but just watch the subject again and focus on what was missed.
I realy liked it.

A solid tutorial. Thorough and the best for what I have seen out there on MKIII. I am an experienced engineer/producer but new to Maschine, it is an incredible tool and a tutorial such as this is key in unlocking it's strengths.

The course gives a good overview of Maschine. Since It take some time to internalize the shortcuts and structure of Maschine, as an absolute beginner I found myself pausing/rewinding the videos a lot as I was trying to replicate the authors actions. If the video is paused for too long it has to be restarted, so I was dong a lot of restarting as well. This course is more fitting for somebody who used Maschine in the past and needs a refresher and info on new features. Still, I learned a lot.

Always a pleasure to watch courses with Matt Cellitti! He's a brilliant teacher!
This course was slightly delayed, compared to when the Maschine MK3 actually was available in the stores.
(That is normally not an issue with MacProVideo. They must have had their reasons)
But absolutely worth waiting for!!!! Looking forward to the advanced course:)
