    Group warping possible?
I'm editing a studio recording with 5 instruments, all of which were recorded with several microphones. As I'm trying to fix some timing issues, I am wondering why free warping of a group of tracks that have group editing turned on isn't working... am I doing something wrong? Logic tells me that, with group editing on, all tracks in the group should respond when I free warp one of them, but that's not the case. Perhaps there is an additional setting I need to change? Or else, how could the same result be achieved? Please note - I am NOT talking about slicing and quantizing drums. I'm talking about free warping other instruments in a group (piano, guitar, etc.) (I am using the latest Cubase 7.5.10) Any insight and advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

    Re: Group warping possible?
There currently isn't a way to use Free Warp and Group Editing simultaneously. Basically, Free Warp is done in the Sample Editor, and edits performed there are not distributed to other tracks assigned for Group Editing. If this is something you'd use a lot, you may want to send it as a feature request to Steinberg. MattLTH
