I’ve discovered the Izotope RX8 application which looks amazing for vocal removing, but it’s not free. Could someone very kindly make an instrumental of Breathe by Seeb ft Neev please?

iZotope offers a free 30-day trial version of RX8 Advanced -- you might have better luck downloading that and experimenting with it yourself. Remember, the feature is not really designed to remove vocals, only to slightly re-balance (re-mix) levels, so it may or may not work as well as you hope, and it may take a fair bit of experimentation -- it's not necessarily a one-button thing. According to the iZotope website that Music Rebalance feature is also included in RX8 Standard, which is less expensive, so if the demo version does work for you, that might be worth a look..
