I'm not surprised that support response time is slower than usual, given the current situation (that seems to be the case with most smaller companies), but I'm sure they'll get back to you eventually -- they're usually pretty good at responding, though it can take a little while even in the best of times. (They just released a new update to another product, and I know they were focused on that for the last few weeks -- I'm sure they'll start catching up on support tickets now that that's done, though it couldn't hurt to bump the support request again)..
