    Quantization in the Piano Roll
Me again everyone:) Heh Rounik:) Well, onto Quantization now! Wow! One quick question: I quantized some MIDI notes via the pop-up Piano Roll window (Command 6) and all went well, but then I read the Logic Pro manual and it said that you can quantize within the actual Piano Roll link itself, and what I did was, "I went to choose FUNCTIONS>QUANTIZE SELECTED EVENTS", BUT BUT, I had the quantize value turned OFF, and when I selected specific MIDI notes, THEY MOVED/SHIFTED!!!! How is that possible if I had the quantization value turned to OFF???? Thanks. Jodie

Hi Jodie, If the region has already had a quantization value applied to it, then when you select events in the Piano roll, choose OFF and choose: Quantize selected events the midi notes will move back to their originally recorded position (pre-region quantization value). Cheers Rounik
