Emergency!!!!! Need to extend a track by 30 seconds
Hey guys is there anyway to extend a track that doesnt have a 4/4 beat. Im trying to extend a piece for a song for a fashion show that is 30 seconds to short. When i try and find a part to cut and loop i hear clicks and pops. Any suggestions or articles anyone could recommend? or other ways of extending a track without it being obvious

Hi Crazee Raff, If it's not 4/4. Figure out the time signature and type it into Logic... Then figure out the tempo. You'll need to find two suitable points in the track which you can use as a "loopable section". Cut out that middle part and copy and paste it once or twice or whatever you need. Then position the end of the region... at the end. You'll need to make sure that you have found a good part to loop - so use the sample editor or zoom into the Arrange when editing. Make Search Zero crossings is turned on - so that Logic will cut the audio region in a suitable place. Also use the crossfade tool to even out the edit points between the regions. Cheers Rounik
