Hi Rounik's chapter 51 Remote Controlling is "red" in the video library. I right-click on it to Re-Download video, which seems to happen in the download area. But 51 Remote Controlling remains "red" and will not play. First time that's ever happened. What to do?

I'm sure they'll get this straightened out in no time, but just in case, I sniffed the packets coming into my computer while I tried to re-download this chapter. It looks like NED is trying to download chapter 26 instead of chapter 51.

Well My NED downloaded something...but I still can't watch the video. It's not red anymore though.

Cannot see it either ,if clicked on it just springs to the last video ,Steve H`s.
