    Re: April TNT
Thanks, again, for your continued support! It's frustrating to me too when things don't go smoothly. I put a lot of thought and effort into making the TNT series interesting, informative and entertaining. Please don't be too hard on MPV. Martin and company are an awesome group of dedicated individuals who are trying their best to provide me and you with the best software educational delivery system on the market. This isn't an east task! Yes... no one us more saddened than me when my hard work doesn't reach it's audience on time. But we all need to remember all the hours of pleasure that MPV provides us over the course of a year. You TNTers are the best, and you have every right to expect the highest quality from us. All I ask is that you will forgive us when, in the name of progress, we occasionally come up short. Thanks for listening. Steve H and Igor

Hey Steve and TNTers. I can't speak for everyone here, but I can't imagine anyone is out for blood. Mistakes happen all the time ... best way to learn, IMO. All I would ask is an alternative to offering redownloading all 155 episodes, as it's a huge waste of my time. I'm going to try to go to the earlier version, as someone else suggested above. Hopefully that'll do it until things work better.

    NED 3.1.2 ?
Was the release of NED 3.1.2 meant to fix the Tutorial update problem? The problem still exists. Guess I'll need to Delete TNT2 and Re-Download :(

    Re: NED 3.1.2 ?
If MPV says that re-downloading the videos is the way to get the problem fixed, I'm okay with that provided they recognize the fact that this fix is not free. As mentioned earlier downloading costs both bandwidth and time. As a freelancer with kids wasting the latter is particularly onerous. I humbly suggest that MPV acknowledge this by offering discounts on TNT 3 to anyone who posted or contacted support regarding d-load issues surrounding TNT 2.

[quote:7638]6. Click on the 'Download' button and you should see that NED is re-downloading all 155 chapters (up to the April edition) Rounik[/quote] I think you meant '55' not '155' chapters.

This still doesn't work for me. I've deleted, trashed prefs, reinstalled, and done every possible thing, but I'm locked on February TNT. Is there still a fix in the works? Is it working for everyone? Thanks

    Re: NED 3.1.2 ?
I downloaded the update. It didn't fix the problem all by itself though. I deleted TNT2 and redownloaded it. Pain in the butt. Took 30 minutes to get all 55 TNT2 videos but I got April finally. And of course like an idiot I decide to do this at 3:30 in the morning when I'm about to pass out and then had to wait 30 minutes not thinking about how long it would probably take to download all the videos over again. i'm sleepy. The 3 new videos are tempting...

Hi guys, I've downgrade to version 3, and no luck too. My last tutorial is from March. Back to 3.1.2, I'll wait... Jorge

    Re: NED 3.1.2 ?
Hi jorge, Please try the following: 1. Make sure NED is closed. 2. Delete all version of NED on your computer (NED 1, 2 and 3). 3. Open a Finder window and go to your user account > Library > Preferences 4. Find the "com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist" and the "NED_Player.plist" files and delete them. (Don't worry if you don't find the NED_Player.plist files, but it's important to delete if you find it). 5. Download NED 3 again here : http://www.macprovideo.com/meetned/ 6. Start NED 7. Enter your account info when prompted. 8. If you changed the Download Folder location, you'll have to do that again under NED > Preferences. 9. Click on "Downloads & Admin" and press the "Download" button. If this still does not work, please Launch NED and delete the TNT2 tutorial. follow steps 1, 3 and 4 above. Launch NED and re-download TNT2. You should find that everything updates as it should. Sorry for the inconvenience & thanks for your patience :) Rounik
