Hi, I have not gotten anything in TNT2 since the post January Cameo with J.F. Brissette. I am using the newest NED and when I go to downloads, it acts like it is starting to download and then just stops and acts like it is done, without downloading anything. This is very frustrating, I got the new NEDi for my iPhone and want to view them, now it doesn't seem I am getting what i paid for. Thanks, Mike

So... You are saying the only way to get my tutorials is to re-install the old version? That means no NEDi and re-installing the new one again when you get it fixed? NOt a great answer. Mike

Hi Mike, you can run NED 3.0.1 and NED 3.1.0 on the same system AFAIK. Thanks Rounik

No downloads for me since February. I've tried every workaround suggested by support and in these forums. Very frustrated. Can't expect me to renew TNT subscription when NED doesn't function for months at a time. Not acceptable. Bob :o(

Hi Bob, I'm really sorry to hear you're not able to watch the TNT2's since Feb. If you are running OSX 10.5 and NED 3 please try the following: 1. Open NED and choose NED > Check for NED updates 2. Choose to download NED 3.1.1 3. Once all download instructions have been followed, click on TNT2 in the Library and choose "Delete..." 4. Go to 'Downloads & Admin' and tick the checkbox next to Logic 303: TNT2. 5. Click on 'Download' The entire TNT2 should now download up to April's edition. It worked! Thanks Rounik. Still one issue - everything downloaded and played on my laptop, but when I do the same thing on my desktop the 'download' button goes gray and stays that way. Are the NED updates security enhancements so that I can no longer have copies on both of my computers? I mostly watch the tuts on my laptop, but I want to store them on my desktop computer. Bob :o|

A workaround: I copied the new TNT2 files from the laptop. I still needed to delete the plist, then restart NED. Now the tuts are unlocked. Cheers
