    is there a virtual keyboard in logic like in garageband
    does logic have a virtual keyboard like in garageband that will show you what midi notes and chords you played on that particular midi track?? or what is the best logic method to figure out what chords and notes i played previously on a given track. Sorry i am not a keyboard player or read music but when im stimulted i come up with stuff but when later wanna gert back into track, cant figure out what chord or notes i played!

    Hi Bongolicious, In the Arrange Window, Right Click on Global Tracks, in the ' Configure Track Header ' dialogue box, tick Chord and then Done... The Chord Display will now be available to view... Page 50 of the Logic Manual... Hope this Helps... Cheers, Bj

    thanks! is there not a visual virtual keyboard like in garageband that highlights the keys of the midi info?? thats a handy feature!

    There's one in the "Clicks and Ports" layer of the environment. Also, have you checked out the caps lock kbd? It'll turn your alfa numeric in to a virtual kdb.
