Ok, here is the Arrange page. Note the Acoustic Harp. Next images coming as soon as I can convert them in iPhoto.

That is about as large an image that I can get up here. More coming.... Here is the Acoustic Harp being displayed in the Addictive Drums Hyper-set... And here is where it should be (after I manually select 'Acoustic Harp' in the Hyper-editor. So, two things, really; I have the link on for the Acoustic Harp, that region selected, yet when I go to the Hyper-editor, the notes are in the Addictive Drums template. Secondly, the relationship between the objects that I first mentioned. This is precisely how Steve set up the mapped instrument in TnT. Hope this helps, and doesn't make matters worse! Thanks, Glenn

Hi Glen i can't tell from your second pictures whether you have opened the Hyper Editor in a new window or as a tab in the Arrange area? What colour is the "link" button? You can find out more about link modes on Pages 71-2 of the Logic 8 Manual. This may just be a minor display bug in Logic 8. As for your first question... Looks like there is nothing wrong. Simply that you have opened Addictive Drummer plugin as a Multi output plugin. This means you can create tracks to control the different outputs from the plugin. e.g. if you have kick on one output from your plugin you can place that region on the Channel 1 track, snare on Channel 2 track.. etc. This allows you to use one instance of a plugin for multiple sounds, rather than opening up multiple versions of a plugin per sound. Hope that make sense. :) Rounik

Everything opened in new windows (as screensets). Here is what happens in the inspector when I go to the Hyper-Editor, with the harp selected in the Arrange Page; Whereas, if it is working correctly, it should go automatically to something that looks like this, right? I have to, within the ADD map, select the Harp for it to show properly. Must be a bug. As for the the second question, I realize there is nothing wrong. I would just like to know why I have to add what seems to be an external MIDI object to the Arrange page, and what relationship (how is it linked) it has to the selected ADD drums software instrument track. Thanks again, Glenn
