Searching for a Logic Soft Synth for Talkbox
I recently purchased a rocktron banshee talk box. I would like to make Roger Troutman type sounds. He uses a Yamaha DX 100. Does anyone have suggestions for internal synths and presets that I can use to get a cool funky sound with my talkbox? I know generally that saw tooth waves provide good results, but other than that i'm not sure.

Hey, There's loads of different sounds here. But, using any of Logic's instruments like EFM1, ES1, ES2 etc should allow you to create similar sounds. You can even use Logic's Vocoder to produce some interesting 'talk box' style effects. Remember to check out the Channel strip settings as well as the Instrument's presets. Cheers Rounik
