    Eraser tool
Would be nice, maybe there's another way? Would be nice to use the eraser tool to erase beats from an audio region. erase a half note, erase a quarter note??? I like hyper draw, but want to use something like the eraser tool to quickly take out audio, and I'm not a fan of strip silence.

Hi K1, The eraser tool can not distinguish between different parts of an audio region. However, you can use the Marquee tool to select an area of an audio region. Then either click (with the pointer inside the marquee selection to separate the regions... or even better, press the delete key to delete the marquee selection. Thanks Rounik

No problem K1! Have you seen JF's cameo in the TNT2 where we shows some pretty cool workflows using the marquee tool and snap/drag options. :) Rounik

Nah, I'm still a Logic 7.2 user, seems like the tutorials are ahead of my software.
