Problem converting copy of apple loop to aiff
Hi I'm following your BRILLIANT Logic 101 on Logic Pro 9.0.2. I'm doing lesson 90 on reversing audio loops. I make a copy of the apple loop, but when I try to save it I get "apple loops can only be converted to file type aiff" ... 'tis driving me nuts. I'm probably missing the obvious, but no idea what!

Hi Pandora, Welcome to the forums :) I haven't had a chance to try this out, but you can right click on the loop/region and choose 'Bounce region in place' to create a new audio file version of the region. Sometimes minor updates can change standard functionality... but the good thing about Logic is the variety of possible ways to achieve the same result! Do let us know if you have any further questions. :) Rounik

Thank-you, Rounik. What an elegant and efficient way to do it :) And thanks for the welcome!
