And I thought it was only my somewhat scathing review of Logic 101 that never got published. If this tut isn't up to scratch, AFAIC, do I get a refund? Or do I just think long and hard about my next purchase, here? Glenn

So 405 is done and out finally... I must say I am not really impressed. Most of the points above stayed the same there is no real improvement in the second part. Few points I did not like. First it is not a good Logic tutorial, if you have seen any other basic Logic tutorials you will not learn anything new about Logic at all. On the other side if this is your first Logic tutorial there is not enough substance to get you going... Second, It is not about DnB - I am not saying that creating a Reese bass and chopping up Amen break (you will not find it here) is essential for DnB tutorial but I was expecting at least that, little bit more about genre specific sound creation using Logics instruments and little bit more about beats than just using drum loop from Stylus RMX , 'going away for few hours' and coming up with a few shuffled fills... The whole tutorial can be used for any style of music, which is not a bad thing but I bought it specifically to learn more about DnB and I did not find it there... Last, probably just my preference thing, I do not like Daydreamer at all - it feels so outdated and mediocre. I just cannot get into it and felt all the work put in to it is just going nowhere. I do not even think it would sound any better back in the days when LTJ Bukem and his crew was riding the radio waves where it probably belongs... On the other hand I have seen much worse tutorials (but most of them were free!). It is just comparison to the other MPV work which I treasure as the best in business that makes this one fade away. Slightly different pricing according to the value would might help...

You know I'm not sure that I have seen a worse DnB tutorial. The irony is that there are a wealth of free tutorials out there, and most are significantly better. Fail. Epic fail.
