Ever since I upgraded to the full version of 9 this folder keeps on popping up in my dock when I initiate Logic. It bounces up and down but doesn't allow me to click on it. I realize all my midi files are being real glitchy as well.

Hi Alex, The bad news is this is a Digidesign issue. It's related to their MIDI drivers and some sort of copy protection code that apparently brings up the CoreMIDI framework (no framework should be bouncing in the Dock!) The good news is there may be a solution: Try moving any .plugin files found in the following location: /Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers I hope this solves the issue. Cheers Rounik

I'm not seeing a MIDI drivers folder only a midi configuration one which I'm not sure is the same thing. Do I move the plug in folder into that? All that is in that folder is an icon that says default.mcfg Alex

Hi Alex, Sorry - I must have deleted part of the sentence by mistake! Please move the .plugins to the trash. Check in both your User/*home folder*/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers and HD/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers Thanks Rounik
