    Real Basic Question
I think what I am asking is as basic as it comes but it is driving me mad. I have a subscription and I think the answer is in Logic 101 but I dont have time to sort through and find it. Q If I have a whole song but only want to turn one midi region into an audio file then how do I do it? Again I appreciate how simple this is. thank you for your help Rookie

    Re: Real Basic Question
Hi Rookie, Simply select the region. solo the MIDI region or the track itself. Set the locators (use the button in the Toolbar). Choose File > Bounce... or if you are using Logic 9. You can use the Bounce In Place feature: Right-click on the region. Choose: Bounce & Merge > Bounce In place Now a new audio file and region will be created in the Arrange area. It will also be in the audio bin if you need it. Cheers Rounik
