    Logic Applications
I was going through my applications today and realized that I have icons for Logic Pro, Logic Pro 8 and 9.0.2. Same thing with Mainstage and the other ones that come with it. Do I have to uninstall the earlier versions or that normal? I'm just wondering if that stuff is taking up alot of space. Thanks Alex

Hi Alex, No need to worry. Updates for Logic now keep the previous version in your applications folder by renaming it. This is for safety... in case you started a project in 8.0.2 for example and then upgrade to 9.1 and find your project doesn't work so well in 9.1. "Logic Pro" is the current version. If you don't require the earlier versions anymore simply move them to the trash. In the Finder you can see how much space they are taking up. I think Logic 9.0.2 was in the region of 700MB for example. Cheers Rounik
