    Go to your hard drive and search. If nothing shows up, Go to your Applications folder and make sure there is not a blue folder marked NED. If there is that is it. If your still unable to find the program, Try running searching the in the flowing directories: Finder/HD/library/com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist If you find the P list, throw it in the trash, Flush the trash and try the download again. Let me know if that works.

    I replied to the original problem first. Sorry I did not see this post, If your iPhone has the file that reads 101, you have to check mark the 101 below the Account menu. Once you check it, you can down load the tutorials one at a time by selecting the blue button "Check for Downloads" Do this either with the phone docked or on wifi. All the lessons will download one after the other. When they are finished you can select the 101 under tutorials and it should read 993.67MB if all the lessons have been fully downloaded.
