    logic pro zooming and short cuts
    hey guys i would like to let you in on one of the many short cuts i found in logic by just touching and combining keys on my mac book pro during my free time . THIS function is the zoom function (By selecting a clip or region in the arrange window and press the Z Key logic zoom in the entire region en the entire work area that is selected. (Also make a note of any thing new you discover because you may won't be able to remember the next day when you need it. i hope you find this tip use full

    ok. after pressing -z- to zoom in on a region try pressing shift + z and you should (most of the time in Logic 7) zoom back out to the previous zoom level. Also, check out your key commands for some other really wonderful zoom tips> I particularly like setting F1, F2 & F3 to recall zoom levels 1-3 respectively. Remember you have to use command + F1, F2,F3 etc to set the zoom level from your current arrange window. Another zoom tip while we're here.... ctrl + click or dragging a box with mouse zooms into that area. then ctrl + click zooms you out again. I love tht and hope it hasn't changed in logic 8 Cheers Rounik

    I have a mighty mouse (can you hear the theme music?) and zoom/compress by using the ball while holding down the option key - really fast!
