Hi is it possible to do ? Welcome to the forums! You can change the division value (for Arrange and Piano Roll) by adjusting the Division value in the Transport Bar. By default it is is set to 1/16. Either drag on it or double click on the "16" to create 1/12. That should do it. :)

Logic is a different than Ableton, so you'll have to learn a new way of working to accomplish what you want. Power tip below... First, do what Rounik suggested. Then, in the piano roll, set the quantize value to 1/12. If you want a different kind of triplet, set the division to a different value (like 1/6 or 1/24). You can easily change the division value using key commands. Do a search for "set next lower division" and "set next higher division" and assign key commands to them.
