    1:00:00;00.00, but I just noticed that the movie only syncs up at the beginning of the project. Anywhere else in the timeline, it's off by about 2 frames.

    That's an indication of one of two things. Either... 1) you've got Logic set to the wrong frame rate 2) the movie has a t/c burn that's at the wrong frame rate even though you have Logic set to the correct frame rate Suggest checking #1 first. In fact, it sounds to me like you've got a 29.97 drop frame video but you've got Logic set to 29.97 non drop (or the other way around).
