Sure! Use Volume automation.
- enable the viewing of automation from the View menu (suggest viewing automation for all tracks)
- zoom in (if necessary) to display the automation view (if you're zoomed out too far you won't see it even when it's enabled)
- set the volume level for the first part of the song
- put the track in touch and click anywhere on the automation line in the track itself. The line will turn yellow, and the point you click on will become a dot (node).
From this point you have the option of clicking on additional points on the line to set a static volume (you'll actually have to make two points: one to establish an 'end point' for the previous level, and then a new node for the new level which you'll have to move up or down as needed.
Or, you can manually move the fader in real time and establish the new level. With Touch mode, the new level you establish will remain in force until the next time you change it.
