Logic does have its own noise reduction and Match EQ plugins. But they are not as powerful as the processes in Soundtrack Pro. What are you wanting to do in Logic? Can you not do the noise reducing and EQ matching in Soundtrack Pro. Then import the audio into Logic?

I agree with Gary, If you wish to use STP's noise reduction tools then you can actually send an audio file from Logic to STP, process it, save it and have it updated in your Logic project! Nice round-trip process. Here's two articles that might be of help: http://www.macprovideo.com/hub/soundtrack-pro/howto-removing-background-noise-soundtrack-pro http://www.macprovideo.com/hub/soundtrack-pro/copy-using-soundtrack-pro-in-your-logic-workflow For much better noise reduction tools check out iZotope's RX2... it's amazing!! I wish there were such powerful plug-ins in Logic Pro. Do you think if it comes with Logic new version? Is there any Logic Pro 10 soon, do you know anything about it? Thanks for the info

Logic X is anyone's guess as to when it will be released. Only Apple know this at this stage. But Soundtrack Pro was dropped for FCP X and features were moved across. So its seems like there isn't a future release of Soundtrack Pro. So hopefully they will move across some of the features in Soundtrack Pro to Logic X.
