CD Mastering - how long a run in?
Hi Guys, I've just been mastering a track in Logic - and I think I may have clipped it a bit close at the beginning. Is there a recommended run in time for masters intended for CD, mp3 or vinyl reproduction? Is it the same on the way out? Cheers!

Hi Gurner, I'd recommend always leaving a second or two gap when you bounce from Logic as you can trim this gap in Waveburner if needed. Also, you can set the gap between tracks in Waveburner too. Hope this helps Rounik

Hi Rounik, That seems about right, I'd been leaving like 3/4 of a second! Many thanks, Gurner
