Hi to all I am bouncing songs for a demo cd. After I complete the bounce the cd won't play in a car cd player. I have bounced them as aiff, mp3 & wave. they play fine in my stero player but won't play in a car cd. These have to be brainless meaning put it in and play what am I doing wrong thanks T

    Re: bouncing
Hi TNT It sounds like your car CD player can't play those file types. Your home stereo is probably set up to recognise and play mp3s. The audio CD format is not actually aiff, wav, or mp3. It is usually referred to as a CDA file (.cda) its also called the 'Red Book audio standard'. Use Waveburner to burn the CD, instead of bouncing in Logic. Waveburner is Red Book compliant and will burn a CD that plays in every player. HTH Hamish
