How do I shorten a track from a mp3 full track?
I already have a full version of my song and want to make a 60 second version. I have the parameters timed. Do I cut the original track or the mp3. I can bring the mp3 into logic and cut here and save as a new name. Is this how? Let me know. Thanks too for all the other posts!! Roz

Of course you can. Import the track, cut it, in the sample editor choose "Save a copy as..." and save it. Better: open the track in sample editor (double click on the region), select the 60 sec that you need, go in the sample editor menu and choose "Save selection as..."
