Copying regions with bitch bending automation
Hey Guys Firstly a thank you for the awesome website and the responses i've had in earlier forums:) Ok, i'm working on a bassline in a new project and i've edited a pitch bend in the hyper editor within the piano roll editor, the pitch bend data through this window resembles a sawtooth pattern where the data starts on 0 graduly runs down and shoots back to 0....all is fine when i loop this region...however(haha) when i copy that region to the next bar there is a tranposition within the new region... 1. I've checked the midi notes, they're on the same pitch/key/octave as the original region, exact copy! 2. The pitch bend data is also copied. 3. There is no other automation within this region besides the pitch bending data in the hyper editor! i honestly don't know where else to check to see how there can be a transpostion happening between the original region and the new copies, maybe i'm missing a step i'm kinda new in the hyper editor! I've also globally changed the key of this track a few times but i can't see that affecting copied regions? Any help or ideas on what to check or do? KINDEST REGARDS Darren

That is very strange. Do you see a transposition in the copied region, or do you hear a tranposition with the copied region?
