    Basic Navigation around Screens
Hi guys and gals. I'm new to Macs, new to Logic. Is there anywhere I can find some guidance on just basic navigation on the various screens? The tutorials are pretty good but they generally assume that you know how to call up Control Box/Tool Box menus etc and so they flick past 'em pretty quick and you can't see what the guys have done. I find I've found out how to do some fantastic trick only to fall at the first hurdle by not being able to call up the starting adjustments/settings. I'm on a MacBook pro, which is a bit constrained anyway. Sorry to be a newbie pain! :-)
