Logic Pro X Arrangement Tracks Issue
Hello All, Question here. Im currently running the latest version of ALP. When I attempt to add an arrangement track on my songs, Logic now places "marker 1" or "marker 2" in the arrangement portion. It used to place "verse", "chorus", and so on so that I could guide the virtual drummer in the different parts of the song. Now, seemingly overnight Logic will no longer allow me to to add the "verse" or "chorus" (or any other song portion identifier) to the arrangement track. Now, I can edit the text when the "market 1" and "marker 2" text appears in the track, but doing so in no way affects the virtual drummer, because it doesnt pick up on the fact that the titles are labeling parts of a song. Just to clarify, I'm not asking Logic to add markers. I've set up the global tracks, clicked show arrangement tracks, and clicked the "+" sign to add new song labels in the arrangement track. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks.

There is a separate track for markers and for the arrangement. Right click on the Global Tracks and make sure the Arrangement track is visible. If not, click it, and it should pop back in.

I suddenly started having the same exact problem. Morry's suggestion above did not fix it. I believe it may have started because I had updated to the new OS 10.9.4 security update. I even tried closing the project and creating a new project with the new template, and the same problem still exists. Even when I go a song that I recorded previously, if I add an arrangement marker it only shows marker and the drummer will not populate with into, verse, chorus even if I change the marker name to intro, verse, chorus. Anyone else having the same problem?
