    Wet and Dry
    I can't figure out how to automate between wet and dry on plugin's like phaser. I tried automating the mix parameter but sounded like the phaser was still active. I'm using logic 7.2

    That's because you can automate from 100 % to -100 % (negative settings invert the phase). To deactivate the phase FX with automation, you need to set it in the middle position, at 0 %.

    another good method especially for effects like reverb: place your plug-in on a bus, make it completely wet - or however desired, and automate the send level.

    cool I'll try it out, so the mix levels on every plugin goes between 100 and -100%?
