    PROBLEM with RECORDING
    Hi my name is Frederic i am from Germany I bought me the Programm Logic Express 7 My Working-Desktop is an Mac G5 (core audio) !!!!!!!! Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to record a audio fileformat (Wave,aiff) in my Sequenzer (line:audio) in the same Time if i play with my midi Keyboard I can see the stream which are building in the Record Session BUT: there are NO audiovisuell amplitude! I record but logic express dont record signals only a empty track........i can only record midi signals and i can bounce. But i want to record in the same Time if i play with a VST Plugin I hope somebody can understand my problem and the broken english Yah bless you Peace Cairan

    So, can you hear sound coming out of logic when you play? If not, you should ensure the audio driver is set correctly in your preferences. If you can hear sound coming out of Logic, then the problem is probably somewhere in the signal chain BEFORE the sound get's into Logic. Also, make sure you are recording into an audio track ... :)

    It sems to me that your not getting audio from your interface to Logic. Logic will record blank regions when there is'nt any audio at its inputs.
