Cable Switcher Midi Controller?
Regarding the August TNT: Is there a way of setting up an external midi controller to switch the Cable Switcher?

Hey Ned... sorry it took me so long to get back to you! Igor's been very needy ;).... Actually, it' s real simple: Every Cable Switcher and fader object have input setting with 4 parameters: Input: where you select the kind of input... you'll select control for this! Channel: midi channel...duh! -1-: refers to the midi CC number you want to use control the switcher object! Pick one like 102 that isn't usually assigned to anything else! Range: in this case, how many outputs your cable switcher has! Pick and program a hardware control knob or switch and match the controller's CC to the one you set on the switcher and if the cable switcher is patched in between the physical object and the sequencer you'll be able to controller the midi signal flow to different arpegiator settings! Let me know if you get it working...have fun! Steve H.

Hey Thanks! It works very well. much faster then clicking with the mouse... although notes stay hanging if switching while holding the keys down.
