    Shuffling regions
Hey guys its me vybechyle (vibe child) the PT guy again. Question? Does Logic8 have a shuffle mode like PT. For example, if I am editing a 2trk (song) and I want to take a section out of the middle of the song leaving no space in between is there a way that I can do that? In PT I would just choose shuffle mode, highlight the section that I wanted to remove, and press delete. The front and ending regions would just slide together.

Hi vybechyle, Welcome to the MacProVideo forums! In Logic you can use 'snap' mode (top right of the interface above the Timeline. From the drop down menu select 'shuffle left' and select Drag mode as no overlap. Cheers Rounik
