When I startup the Komplete tutorial, I keep getting the following error Message: Invalid tutorial definition file!
The tutorial seems OK though. Anyboy is getting that?
Hi Moob303,
I haven't come across that.
and the tutorial plays ok?

Yes, the tutorial plays fine. So far, I didn't have any problem. But everytime I launch it, I get this error (well... error message actually, since there is no apparent problem). And that's ONLY with this tutorial.
Weird.
I contacted support through the web site... we'll see what they have to say.

Oh, I forgot to say that the problem was fixed easily. In "My DocumentsMy Ned" folder, I just had to delete the MyTutorials.xml file, and when I got back in Ned everything was fine.
It seems that this is a very rare problem.
But, hey, all good now!
Hi djruben69,
Please provide us with more info...
I assume you have bought the Native Instruments 101 & Native Instruments 102 tutorials?
Have you downloaded NED player for your OS? It is available for both Mac & PC.
- Open NED
- In the left panel, go to 'Downloads & Admin'
- Type in the user name and password which is the same as the account for which you bought the tutorials
- In the following screen make sure that the tutorials you want to download are ticked 'enabled'
- Click on the 'Download' button.
Your bought tutorials will now appear in the list on the left panel, click on them to show the contents and select a video to play.
Hope that helps,
Rounik
