    Hi, I try to reach support from Macprovideo for 2 days - no response ! Is that normal ! By the way - I checked my spam folder ...

    Hi Gary, Thank you for replying. I have received a support ticket. I just wonder, cause usually the team is responding within 24 hours. I payed for a 3 month subscription and have not received any information. They pament was done via paypal. Best, Zip.

    Glad to hear it! Our Support team do their very best to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (during the working week PST)... only very occasionally will it take a tad longer... but in those cases it's usually worth waiting for ;-) Anyway enjoy your 3 month subscription zip! Best Rounik
