HTML Email signature - using outlook 2003

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me. I have an old version of outlook 2003 using a PC. And I want to put a logo and text as an HTML file in as a signature for my email. I have tried lots of ways but logo is not showing up it seems to loose it link when viewing in browser. Is there away of embedding file in to HTML also do I need a web site to link to image?
