well this has been blowing my mind recently. If you like atmosphere by spectrasonics then get ready for part 2! http://www.spectrasonics.net/omnisphere_teaser/explore.html However, it's not due for release until September :æ Rounik

Thanks for the link Rounik! I didn't know that Spectrasonics were working on a new synth. I just love this company! I'm a big Stylus RMX fan. Thanks again! Christian

yup...me too - I love Spectrasonics. I just wish there were more software companies like them out there. I find that almost all my Logic templates have a Stylus RMX multi in there. Atmosphere was one of my essential synths before the switch to intel, but since then I hardly touch it. So i'm curious to see how i take to omnisphere and whether it'll tear me away from the es2 and sculpture.... Cheers! Rounik

Gotta love "old typewriter" and "clothes drying rack played with a cello bow connected to 2 acoustic guitars" instruments!

Typewriter is brilliant! I'm drawn towards the sound of a light bulb"...genius. Wish I'd tried sampling that! The "burning piano" actually upsets me! LOL. Maybe when I begin playing that patch I'll resolve my issues with that! Also, there are some very in depth videos on youtube from someone you went to NAMM and filmed what seems to be an entire presentation at the Spectrasonics stall. I won't list them all (there are 8 in total), Here's the first one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oQmd_A9pHhM Cheers Rounik

Have you downloaded the samples Christian? They're very nice - and it's a neat touch to have them in rmx format too! I can't wait to start programming rhythmical patterns in Omnisphere. Rounik
