It's all working great here. I've been in the Support area the past few days and it's all working fine.
I just sent a Support ticket from the website and it went through fine and received an email within a minute of sending the ticket.
OK, I've just checked and Christian and myself have replied to your two support tickets about the iPad earlier today... Please check your Spam/Junk folder for our replies and ensure that macProVideo.com is in your eMail safe list.
