    No support confirmation msgs?
    I've sent a couple of support emails over the past couple of days and have not received the usually auto-confirmation email. I used the web support email form. Something broken?

    Hi Knoteye, It's all working great here. I've been in the Support area the past few days and it's all working fine. I just sent a Support ticket from the website and it went through fine and received an email within a minute of sending the ticket. OK, I've just checked and Christian and myself have replied to your two support tickets about the iPad earlier today... Please check your Spam/Junk folder for our replies and ensure that is in your eMail safe list. Let me know in this thread if you still haven't received the replies. Many thanks Rounik
