Hi - If you didn't make any changes or updates to your OS or the player, then I'd recommend the usual troubleshooting steps as a starting point: - Hard shutdown/restart - Try older videos - Try videos from other sources - Try playing the MP4s in another player (i.e. QuickTime Player or VLC) - Reinstall the preferred player - Try running the player as a different (test) user
