First of all, why are you using Sibelius 6? It's way out of date. The current version (Sibelius Ultimate) is way better in all respects. It's well worth the cost of upgrading. And it most definitely supports chord symbols and just about anything else you could want on a lead sheet. Why don't you try *** reading the manual *** ? I don't know about Sibelius 6, but Sibelius' manuals are usually fairly good and they wouldn't leave out something as important as chord symbols. There is a HUGE amount of info in the the Sib. Ultimate manual. Also look at the tutorials, to get started.

Hi Gazman49 - Sorry for the problem -- as you discovered everything works well in Chrome, & should be fine in current versions of Safari. Apparently there may sometimes be issues with much older versions of Safari (like the version that comes with Sierra) -- I also experienced this; like you, I access the site (and the Forums) in Chrome (for the moment).

You could post an additional request in Forums>General>Suggested Training, but keep in mind that there are much newer versions of Sibelius available for some time now, so there might not be enough demand for additional courses on a much older version.

Hi Joe, I enabled input monitoring by clicking on the "I" button at the bottom of the channel strip. That works!! It's interesting, I don't have to do that using when mics but only the keyboard. I also never had to use the "I" in Logic 8. Thank you for all your help. I really appreciate it!! Lynn
