    Soundtrack Pro 2 201
The book and tutorial feel a little thin. The tutorial seems for prosumers rather than for professionals (already working with clean audio). Which is fine I suppose. Word in the sound world is that there is no killer Audio Post Production application. It's either Pro Tools or Soundtrack Pro 2. But people working with clients running FCP need to be using STP2, it's easier than working with FCP and Pro Tools. Apple needs to make some sort of update or symbolic gesture of commitment to Soundtrack Pro, because we're all hesitant to make the transition. -Marlin
