    Suggested Synthesizer Training
After watching the Analog Synthesis in a Digital World Series I truly believe there is a big gap in learning which can be filled with Synthesis techniques exploring: 1. Subtractive Synthesis(minimoog) 2. Additive Synthesis(Fairlight CMI) 3. FM Synthesis (DX7,FM8) 4. Wavetable Synthesis 5. Granular synthesis These five main types are found in a large number of software synthesizer packages. There are a lot of websites discussing the math and theory behind these techniques but very few with practical, high quality, concise tutorials. If need be a highly detailed exploration of Native Instruments Reaktor which uses all of the above synthesis types would be the most awesome thing since sliced bread. Also would like a Part 2 to Analog Synthesis in a Digital world.
