    I'd definitely also be interested in this. I've been learning from books recently, but video seems like a much better medium to learn from. Would you use Logic or something like Sibelius for this?

    This would be a fantastic addition to macProVideo. Oliver Ganin does a great job of entry level songwriting theory on PG Music's BIB tutorials.
