Such as Vienna Intruments with VE Pro, LASS with Stage and Color, Symphobia, Symphonic Choirs and utilizing other libraries like StormDrum, Ivory, Ministry Of Rock, Voices Of Passion etc. etc. It would be great to have the instructor Compose, Orchestrate and Mix a short Orchestral piece explaining how to place each orchestral instrument in their own "space" The result would be an Orchestral mockup you might hear in Film/TV/Video Games. I would also prefer if he demonstrated using Logic Pro.
