That's the syllabus for berklee's game audio introduction seminar (online version). I took one of berk's online course a while ago, and while it was pretty good, there was a lot of fluff and i'm sure a ton of the money goes to pretty stupid stuff. Also, the high cost is also pointed toward having a certificate program or school credits, and if you don't need that, I'm sure it can be undercut.
I would even pay outside membership to have a replicated version of this done BETTER by mpv (as you tend to do almost everything better) without a bunch of fluff that some of those courses tend to include to fill up time.
Scott and Steve H's and David's courses are a great start, but maybe something a little more rigid even, perhaps dealing with a project file or something like that.
